Cycle by the Sea

Secure bike storage, your luggage waiting in your room, a sauna after a challenging stage, and three proven routes to Italy, Škocjanski Zatok and Izola — all starting right outside your door in Ankaran from 1 Oct to 29 Nov 2026.

Cycling package with Half Board in a double room, from €340 for 2 nights.

Included in the package:

• Breakfast and dinner — buffet dinner with a selection of soft drinks and wine from the dispenser.
• Access to the sauna park — one sauna visit per adult to relax your muscles after a long ride.
• Access to the indoor pool — with heated seawater, available even on your departure day.
• Bike storage — a locked room for safely storing your bikes overnight.
• Free bike tool rental — (multitool, pump, tyre repair kit).
• Cycling route map — an interactive map of the three routes with climb profiles, always starting from our resort.
• Cycling “Welcome Kit” — a few practical items for the road.
• Parking on departure day — leave your car in the car park until 6:00 PM.

Three routes, one starting point:

All routes start at Adria Ankaran — choose your stage depending on your mood and fitness level.

• Coffee in Muggia (~30 km, easy coastal route) — a scenic road past Debeli Rtič to the Italian border and on to the Gulf of Trieste.
• To Škocjanski Zatok (~14 km, easy nature route) — a short, relaxed ride through Koper to the nature reserve, ideal for birdwatching.
• Through Koper to the Beach in Izola (~24 km, moderately challenging route) — through Koper’s old town and on along the coast to the beach in Izola.
