Pilates

Training will help you to acquire knowledge and a deeper awareness of your own body.

Performing the patterns of movements requires a new understanding of the body and a change of the old physical habits. It can be successfully transferred to any other sport or to everyday life, as we become more aware of breathing, pay more attention to proper posture when walking and sitting or lifting loads. Consequently, our movements become more correct and conscious at all times.
