Water aerobics – aqua fitness, also for pregnant women

Water aerobics is appropriate for everyone who enjoys being in the water. Many of those who are unable to exercise on the land do it successfully in the water, especially those suffering from spine or joints problems.

The water is an extremely pleasant training medium because in it, the pressure on joints decreases. Exercising in the water prevents a too fast heartbeat and reduces swelling. The water provides resistance which we can use for a higher training intensity. Due to all positive characteristics of the water, aqua fitness is considered one of the most appropriate forms of workout, even during pregnancy.

A pleasant company, nice music, and relaxing movements in the water will certainly improve your well-being.
