Rental
Year-round vacationing possible. Based on various seasons of the year and rental duration, the price varies and includes the price for a mobile house rental per day plus parking space for one car. Minimum rental 3 nights. Obligatory deposit payment 100 EUR. Smoking is not allowed. Between 15th of September and 15th of April the rental price of the mobile home includes entrance to the indoor swimming pool at our Wellness centre. There is also internet connection in every house.

Additional payments:
- The usage of bed sheets (exchanged on a weekly basis) of the company Adria, turistično podjetje Ankaran d.o.o., and cleaning of the mobile house upon departure costs 30 EUR;
- Tourist tax 0.51 EUR/night;
- Additional payment for a pet 4.00 EUR/night;
- One or two night’s rental: +20 % of one overnight stays value.
Purchase
You can also buy a mobile house via us and conclude a contract for a lump-sum rental of a plot equipped with infrastructure. We will be concluding plot rental contracts for a 5 year period e concluding plot rental contracts for a 5-year period.
