We offer two different types: Sun Holiday for 4 people and Maui for 5 people. All our mobile homes are fully equipped. Inside there are two bed rooms, in one double bed and in the other one two single beds or a bunker and one single bed. The dining area can be converted into a double bed.  Kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery and other kitchen accessories. Bathroom is with sink, shower and toilet. Bed sheets, towels and kitchen wipes we change once a week. House also has TV and air-conditioning, which cools you down in summer and warms you up in the winter time. The sun will lighten your days also on the terrace of the house with cover tent and garden utility (chairs and a table). Next to the house you can see a cage, where you can save your bicycles or you can use it to keep your pet. Smoking inside of the houses it is not allowed. Obligatory deposit for the house is 100 EUR (at departure we usually return it).Use of outdoor swimming pool is included in the price, in the time of closed outdoor swimming pool, you are entitled to discount in our Wellness Centre, where you can swim in warm sea water or  enjoy in the Jacuzzi and water massages.

• 30 EUR for bed sheets (exchanged on a weekly basis) and final cleaning of the mobile house;
• 0.51 EUR/night for the tourist tax;
• 4.00 EUR/night for a pet; ( 3 mobile homes suitable for pet inside)
• 20 % for rental less than 3 days;
• 15 EUR/night for the fifth or the sixth person in the house

• max. occupancy of houses: Sun Holiday 4 (+ 1 extra charge ), Maui 5  (+1 extra charge )
• Individuals: by longer rentals ( 1 month or longer ) Sun Holiday house can be used only by 8 persons announced in advanced. Maui house can be used only by 10 persons announced in advance
• Legal subjects: House can be used only by employees or persons announced on voucher
• It is forbidden to rent houses
